Tales of Tīkapa Moana

Join us for a special storytelling session celebrating the opening of Ngā Huhua: Abundance.

Enjoy Hauraki Broo, a gentle, inspiring tale by Nikki Slade Robinson exploring life in the Hauraki Gulf / Tīkapa Moana and the challenges our whales face — sparking big ideas for little ocean lovers.

There’ll also be fun whale tattoo giveaways and creative crafts happening throughout the museum.

Storytime is suitable for children aged 3-10.
